Is the platform really free?
Yes. Every game on Relax Games Island is free-to-play. We never charge you, there’s no premium tier, and there’s nothing to buy.
Can I win real money?
No. The hub is for entertainment only. There are no real-money prizes, no cash payouts and no rewards of any kind.
Why do I need to verify my age?
The hub is for adults (18+). A short age confirmation appears on your first visit. It’s a single click and we store the result locally in your browser only.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can play every game without an account. The register and log-in pages exist as visual concepts only — they don’t create or use real accounts.
Are the Register and Log in forms functional?
No. They’re visual previews. They don’t submit, store, or authenticate any data, and there is no account system behind them.
Why are games embedded directly on the site?
We want everything to happen on Relax Games Island. Each game lives on its own page and runs inside an embedded frame — no new tabs, no pop-ups, no external launches.
What if a game does not load?
Refresh the page, disable any ad/tracker blockers for our site, and check your connection. Some workplace or public Wi-Fi networks block embedded content. There’s no separate launch link by design.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The hub and the game stages are responsive. You can play on phones, tablets or a desktop browser.
How do I report a technical issue?
Email support@relaxgamesisland.com. A short note about your device and browser helps us look into it quickly.
What if I am concerned about gaming habits?
