Privacy policy
Plain-English summary of how Relax Games Island (relaxgamesisland.com) handles your information. The short version: we don’t run an account system, we don’t take payments, and we keep on-device storage to a minimum.
1. No active account system
There is no account system on Relax Games Island. We don’t store user profiles, we don’t hold any password, and we don’t maintain a user database. You can play every free game without signing in.
2. Visual register and log-in forms
3. No payment data
We don’t collect, store or process payment information of any kind. There’s nothing to pay for on the hub.
4. Contact form & email
The contact page shows a visual contact form. To actually get in touch please email support@relaxgamesisland.com. We use the contents of those emails to respond to you and we keep them only as long as needed for that support conversation.
5. Local browser storage
We use your browser’s localStorage on your device for a small set of preferences: your age confirmation, your storage consent choice, the games you’ve recently opened, and optional display or sound preferences. This data never leaves your device. The full list lives on our cookie & storage page.
6. Age verification
Your age confirmation is stored as a simple value in localStorage. We don’t collect your date of birth, name, address or any identity documents.
7. Embedded third-party content
When you open a game, the embedded game URL may load its own resources, set its own cookies or use its own storage on your device. That happens within the third-party game frame and is controlled by the game provider, not by us.
8. No analytics or advertising cookies
We don’t deploy analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and the cookie page first.
9. Your choices
You can clear our local data at any time through your browser’s settings (clear site data for relaxgamesisland.com). For privacy-related questions you can reach us at support@relaxgamesisland.com. New Zealand residents have rights under the Privacy Act 2020, including the right to ask about and correct personal information we hold about you, if any.
10. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
