Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Relax Games Island (relaxgamesisland.com). By using the hub you confirm you’re 18 or over and that you accept these terms.

1. Who can use the hub

Relax Games Island is intended for adults aged 18 or over in Aotearoa New Zealand. You must confirm your age on first visit. If you’re under 18, please leave the site.

2. Free-to-play, entertainment only

All games on the hub are free social games. There are no real-money wagers, no real-money games, no betting and no gambling on this site. The hub is intended purely for entertainment.

3. No payments or purchases

You can’t pay us anything through the hub. We don’t take deposits, we don’t process payments, and we don’t sell virtual currency, coins, credits, items or upgrades. Anyone asking you to pay to access content on Relax Games Island is not us.

4. No prizes or rewards

We don’t offer prizes, cash payouts, real-money rewards, gift cards or anything redeemable for real-world value. Any leaderboards, scores or “points” on the site are virtual, illustrative and have no real-world worth.

5. Embedded third-party game content

Some games on the hub are embedded directly from third-party providers. We integrate these games into our pages so that play happens within Relax Games Island. The games themselves, including their visuals, audio and any in-game branding, belong to their respective owners. Their availability and behaviour may change without notice.

6. Visual-only register and log-in forms

The pages at /register and /login are visual previews. They don’t create accounts, don’t authenticate users, don’t store passwords and don’t send your input anywhere. No account system is currently active on the hub.

7. Browser storage

We use localStorage on your device for things like your age confirmation, your storage preference and your recently played games. See the cookie & storage page for the full list.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use the hub for anything illegal, don’t try to attack or disrupt our systems, and don’t misrepresent Relax Games Island as a real-money gambling product. Use the games for their intended purpose — fun.

9. Disclaimer

The hub is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep things working, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Games may occasionally be unavailable due to issues outside our control, including changes from third-party providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the hub. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable NZ legislation.

11. Responsible play
